Why I stopped vaping and smoking carts

I started vaping because i saw every teen in my college vape and I didn’t get the hype around it at first. Then I fell in the depressing trap of always hitting my vape in the bathroom, going a day without eating and just vaped, wasting my money on flavored air. Me personally I don’t like smoking weed pens\carts anymore it’s harsh on my lungs, caused me to vomit once, didn’t know if I was actually smoking just weed because i would get my carts from literally anywhere. I only smoke weed every now and then I wanna stop eventually and just try to do edibles when I feel like getting high.#weed #vaping #quitting #selfcare
