Today’s Brunch

I crafted my own breakfast this morning at the coffee shop. Cottage cheese fritters my absolute favorite Ukrainian breakfast but I never ate them this way! Coconut cream definitely makes it more light while you still have a lot of protein from the cottage cheese. Plus it’s still summer so we are going heavy on fresh fruit ✨💗🍃#lemon8diarychallenge
