Ukrainian breakfast

Something I just recently remember that I love and actually know how to cook from my culture and cuisine. I have been homesick lately and was really craving some Ukrainian food. I lived abroad and traced for a long time and adopted so many different recipes but not slowly getting back to my roots and cooking more and more authentic meals🍃🇺🇦

This recipe called “Lazy dumplings” and its literally soo easy.

•250 gr of cottage cheese

•1 egg

•2 tbsp sugar or any other sweetener to taste

•0,5 tsp salt

•flour 3-5 tbsp depending on consistency

Mix together, roll the dough into 2 sausage-like pieces and cut into small chunks🤪

Put into boiling water and cook around 3-5 minutes (they supposed to float)

Serve with sour cream, jam, fruit etc.
