getting inked for the first time! 🥳

hihi friends! 🎧 it’s been a while!! how have yall been?? 🤍

just exactly a week ago, i got my first tattoo!! 🥳 yes, although my birthday was months ago.. a tattoo is not a simple decision because its PERMANENTLY on you for the rest of your life!! 😓 therefore, the delay.

☁️ criteria

everyone has their own criteria when doing something permanently to themselves. here are mine!

• parents approval ✔️ - respecting their values

• boyfriend’s approval ✔️ - respecting his values

• simple but cute design - nothing too loud, complicated or big; something that suits my personality 💝

• save up 💵 - don’t budget on your tattoo!! it’s a permanent thing so don’t try to get it on a budget unless you want to regret your decision.. 😓

• research 🧐 - since i have eczema, i had to ask around and research if it was safe for me to get a tattoo

☁️ my experience

i got my tattoo from @jazzle.inks on Instagram and i must say that she was such a skilled and talented tattoo artist! ⭐️

i communicated with her through telegram and she was so quick at replying. she also took the time to understand the design i wanted and schedule me for my appointment! 😬

during my appointment, she was so friendly and i felt really comfortable throughout my entire session 🥰 i was really problematic because i was having a dilemma about where the placement of my tattoo should be. she carefully explained to me the different placements and what design will suit which part better. 🥹

☁️ pain levels..

for me the pain level for this tattoo was about 2/10.

the small stars were probably the painful ones but i didn’t feel much. 😍

i know that everyone has different pain tolerance, please do your own research before getting your tattoo if you’re not able to handle pain 🙃
