Remembering what you studied

If you have to read a long passage in the textbook, or any book… here’s way you can do to remember what you’ve learned.

1. Summarize as you go

Write down what you learned in your own words

2. Spaces repetition

Constantly remind yourselves what you learned

3. Teach it

Speak to yourself, or teach others on the topic you’ve learned. If you cant teach it, you don’t know it well.

4. Create visuals

Be creative. Incorporate other senses to help you better absorb what you’ve read.
