Iced Sugar Cookie Latte

A typical iced latte uses 8 oz of milk and 2 shots of espresso. I love having a pretty layer of milk foam on top to add to the ombré effect of pouring an iced latte. So I separated frothed 2 oz of milk to pour on top. It almost appears to be a sweet cream but it’s just barista oat milk :). The holiday sprinkles just sit so pretty on it! This is optional. Feel free just pour 8 oz of milk in to achieve an equally delicious sugar cookie latte! 🤍

Ingredients

2 shots freshly brewed espresso

1 tbsp sugar cookie syrup

6-8 oz of oat milk

Ice

Holiday sprinkles

Directions

1. Pour sugar cookie syrup into a glass.

2. Pour 2 shots of freshly brewed espresso in next.

3. Then pour in desired amount of ice.

4. Pour in 6 oz of milk and then separately froth 2 oz of milk to create a milk foam and pour on top. Optionally just pour in all 8 oz of milk at once.

5. Sprinkle holiday sprinkles on top.
