Brown Butter Iced Cappuccino

I’m absolutely in love with the brown butter latte at whole foods. The two syrups used to create this brown butter flavor are pumpkin pie and caramel syrup by 1883. It is just so delicious! So today I’m making a brown butter iced cappuccino because I just love making iced cappuccinos 💗

Tips for the best iced cappuccino is using a milk that will froth up really well. I used a barista blend oat milk but whole milk would also froth up this well too! Make sure to use some type of milk frothing device. I keep the milk cold and froth with a handheld frother.

Ingredients

2 shots espresso

1-2 tsp pumpkin pie syrup (I like using just 1 tsp here)

1 tsp caramel syrup

4 oz barista oat milk

Ice

Directions

1. Add ice to a glass.

2. Pour in 1-2 tsp pumpkin pie syrup and 1 tsp caramel syrup over the ice.

3. In a seperate glass froth 4 oz barista oat milk til frothy.

4. Pour frothed oat milk over ice.

5. Pour 2 shots of espresso into glass.

6. Stir and enjoy!
