The popular traditional Dalgona coffee recipe you might typically see is 2 tbsp instant coffee, 2 tbsp sugar or syrup, and 2 tbsp hot water. I find this recipe to be veryyy sweet and strong. I have revised the recipe to be a little more balanced in flavor. So I’ve adjusted the amount of sugar to make it lower sugar and less coffee to make it a little less strong.
Feel free to adjust the recipe to the traditional amounts above. I recommend mixing the coffee with a handheld frother or mixer! You can also use a whisk but it will take much longer.

Ingredients
2 tsp instant coffee
2 tsp sugar or syrup
2 tbsp hot water
6-8 oz milk of choice

Directions
1. Combine 2 tsp instant coffee, 2 tsp sugar/or syrup, and 2 tbsp of hot water in a bowl or glass.
2. Using a whisk or handheld frother, mix the ingredients until thickened and tripled size. This should take a minute or two.
3. In a seperate glass, add ice and milk.
4. Pour Dalgona coffee on top.
5. Stir and enjoy!
