Brown Sugar Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini
It’s fall which means I had to make a pumpkin espresso martini!
One of the most satisfying things is making or getting an espresso martini with the froth on top! I’ve been able to achieve making the froth by using freshly brewed espresso. I believe it’s the crema on espresso right after it’s brewed that helps create the froth. So if you can use fresh espresso!
Ingredients
1.5 oz vodka
1 oz freshly brewed espresso
0.5 oz coffee liquor
0.5 oz brown sugar pumpkin spice syrup
Ice
Optional Ingredients
3 espresso beans
Sprinkle of pumpkin spice
Directions
1. Combine in a cocktail shaker: 1.5 oz vodka, 1 oz freshly brewed espresso, 0.5 oz coffee liquor, and 0.5 oz brown sugar pumpkin spice syrup.
2. Add 2-3 scoops of ice.
3. Cover and shake vigorously until the outside of cocktail shaker is frosted on the outside.
4. Remove little lid at the top and pour through a mesh strainer into a martini glass.
5. Optionally add 3 espresso beans on top and sprinkle pumpkin spice.
