Irish Cream Dalgona Coffee

The famous Dalgona coffee recipe that took the internet by storm in 2020 is made with 2 tbsp instant coffee, 2 tbsp water, and 2 tbsp sugar. It is very good but I prefer it just a bit less sweet and less strong so I’ve used less sugar and coffee for this recipe. The baileys Irish cream that is added in this recipe is optional but I definitely recommend it! It tastes delicious with the Dalgona coffee! If you’re not a drinker and prefer to leave it out it will still be so good! I hope you enjoy this recipe ♥️

Ingredients

1 shot of baileys Irish cream

6-8 oz Oat milk

ice

Dalgona Coffee

2 tsps instant coffee

1-2 tsp brown sugar cinnamon syrup

2 tbsp water

Directions

1. Combine ice, milk, and baileys in a glass. Leaving at least 2 inches at the top of the glass for Dalgona.

2. Now in a seperate glass combine instant coffee, syrup and water.

3. Using a handheld frother froth the ingredients together until thickened and stiff peaks.

4. Pour the Dalgona coffee on top of the iced milk and baileys.
