S’mores Chocolate Chip Cookie Shaken Espresso

I recently tried the viral s’more chocolate chip cookies and they were amazing! You basically bake a chocolate chip cookie on top of a s’more and it is heaven! So naturally I had to make a coffee recipe inspired by it. Trust me. Your going to want to try this one! So yummy!

S’more Chocolate Chip Cookie Shaken Espresso

Ingredients

1 tsp chocolate chip cookie dough syrup (I use the Torani brand)

1 tsp toasted marshmallow syrup (I use homemade, recipe coming soon)

2 shots espresso

2-4 oz Milk of choice, or more if you like (I used oat milk)

1 tsp chocolate sauce

1 square of crushed Graham cracker

Ice

1. Combine in a mason jar: 1 tsp of chocolate chip cookie dough syrup, 1 tsp toasted marshmallow syrup, 2 shots espresso, and 1 scoop of ice.

2. Cover the mason jar with a lid and shake really well until coffee froths up.

3. Take a new glass and add chocolate sauce then crushed Graham cracker to the rim.

4. Pour shaken espresso into the glass.

5. Top with milk of choice and enjoy!
