36 MAY BOOK RELEASES to add to your tbr ☕️

Yeah, you read that right. There are 36 new books to check out here 👀 In fact, there could’ve been somewhere between 39-42, but I did decide to narrow things down just a little bit. It seems like May is the month for new releases! 🙌🏼 And while I anticipated a great deal more contemporary romances than any other genre, I was pleasantly surprised to find that nearly half of these are fantasy or science fiction. There’s something for everyone here! 📚

I had a bunch of these on my StoryGraph TBR (and already read an ARC of Bleeding Heart), but I wound up adding almost all of the titles that weren’t already accounted for 😅 The new book releases in May 2023 seem to be some of the best of the entire year! So many debuts, sequels, and highly-anticipated titles to check out! 👏🏼
