Which sport is best for beginners?

I have never played a sport and I really want to get into a hobby. All I do at home is lay in bed and use my phone I get bored so easy because I haven’t gotten interested into a sport or hobby. My brother has even told me that I should start a sport and I agree with him but I don’t know what I want to play. So I need some feedback from others on what would be the best for me. You can choose from the following sports I put or something else you think would be better.
