✨Kimchi Soondubu Jjigae - Beef✨

Hye my darlings,

Delicious, comforting, and cozy kimchi soondubu that’s easy and quick to make! This is one of my favorite meals on a cold day. It’s served while it’s still piping hot, packed with silken tofu, vegges, and meat or seafood, and the broth can be as spicy or mild as you want it. I like it spicy 🌶 !!

Ingredients:

-Sesame oil

-Spring onions

-Onions

-Garlic

-Beef slice

-1 packet small Kimchi

-2-3tbsp Gochujang

- Egg

- Salt & seasoning

I can simply eat this everyday!! I hope you guys try it!!
