Starting the day off right should be a joy not a struggle. These healthy one-pot breakfast recipes will help you get a fresh, balanced meal on your plate fast—without piles of dishes to clean up afterwards. This one-pot breakfast ideas are flexible, allowing you to adjust the recipe as you like.
Ingredients:
▫️baguette
▫️Onions
▫️Garlic
▫️Capsicum
▫️Tomatoes
▫️Pasta Sauce
▫️Plant-based stir fry minced (can you any meat)
▫️Prawns -Optional
▫️Seasoning
▫️Mozzarella cheese
Stepa:
1- Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan on medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic and bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes or until the onion becomes translucent.
2- Add the tomatoes and breakfown the tomatoes using a spatula.
3-Add the plant-based stir fry minced and it meat well cook for few minutes.Then pour the pasta sauce and bring the sauce to a simmer.
4-This is optional, I like to add the prawns. Add the seasoning and stir. Then add the mozzarella cheese. Garnish with chopped coriander and you’re done.
Served with baguette 🥖 and enjoy 😉.
