Raya Cookies: Cranberry Cornflakes Cookies

Hey my darlings,

Have you ever made cranberry cornflake cookies ?? I’ve always loved them since their so crisp and yum. This one of the easiest cookies I ever make. Follow this simple steps & later you can make yourself at home!!

Ingredients:

▫️200g room temperature butter

▫️100g castor sugar

▫️1 egg yolk

▫️1tsp vanilla essence

▫️ 200g all purpose flour

▫️60g-100g dried cranberries

▫️60g-100g cornflakes (crashed)

For coating:

▫️200g cornflakes (crashed)

▫️200g cranberries

Steps:

1- In big bowl, beat the butter & sugar together until light & fluffy. Add the vanilla essence and eggs one at a time while beating.

2- Beat the flour mixture into the batter and fold in the cornflakes along with the cranberries.

3- pipi tge batter in coating plate, make sure everything is nicely coated with cornflakes & cranberries.

4- Bake the cookies at 160 degrees C for 15-20 mins or until the cookies turn golden brown.
