Hye my darlings,
Today I make Spicy Konjac Noodle Salad, the taste is so refreshing and it’s served with thai sauce!! Everything in thus dish is perfect 😍.
It’s only takes you 20 mins or less to ready!!!
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Konjac noodle
- Shrimp 🦐
- Onion 🧅
- Tomatoes 🍅
- Coriander leave
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Chilies 🌶
- Garlic
- Lime juice
- 2-3 tbsp sugar ni
Steps:
1- Drain the noodle well, rinse for 1-2 minutes under tap water. Soak for 2-3 minutes in hot water then set aside. You may start boiling your shrimp at this time.
2- Then you may start making the sauce by grind the pepper and garlic together . In a small bowl, add the pepper & garlic, oyster sauce, fish sauce, lime juice and sugar, stir until all are well combined.
3- In a big bowl, pour the sauce, add add the konjac noodle, tomatoes, coriander leaves, onion and boiled shrimp. Stir till everyone well coated.
Serve and enjoyed!! This is definitely another way to enjoy your Konjac noodle!!
