Hye my darlings,
I’m sure that you’re missing out on the Fried Rice you used to enjoy while on a high carb diet, but no worries! I’ve discovered the best way to make konjac fried rice using only 12 calories konjac rice.
Ingredients:
- 1 packet konjac rice
- Shrimp 🍤
- Carrot 🥕
- Garlic 🧄
- Corn 🌽
- Chilies 🌶
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp oyster sayce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Steps:
1- Drain the rice well and rinse for 1-2 minutes under tap water.
2-Using a oan over medium heat, fry the shrimp, take out, and put aside.
3- In a same pan, add the garlic, and sauté for a minute. Then put the vegetables aside in the pan, break 1 egg and mix quickly until fully scrambled.
4- Then add chilies together with oyster sauce & soy sauce, stir until everything well combine. Dont forget to put shrimp!!
5- Then add the well-drained rice and mix well. Garnish with boiled corn and you’re done!!
Konjac fried rice is great as a side dish or main meal if you are on a keto or gluten-free diet. Dont forget to try ya!!
