Spend a sick day with me!

To preface I’ve been feeling so down bad lately with my head cold, my boyfriend being sick, and running on a few hours of sleep a night. Anyways this is how I spent my sick day. I should say one of my sick days. Anyways I took the day to get caught up on my equine massage notes, have some much needed quality time with my boyfriend (I took us to my favorite coffee shop first) and spent a ton of time with my dogs.

This is not a typical sick day for me. This is one of those rare sick but productive days for me. Generally as someone with a compromised immune system I’ve tried quite a few different tips and tricks to make me feel better (none have worked aside from the hot sock) anyways… thanks for spending the day with me 🤝🏽
