Easter Brunch 2023 🌷

Pulling out all of the stops for Easter Brunch & Masters’ Sunday. With a few dietary restrictions, there was something for everyone!

1. My in-laws love the Masters, but have not had pimento cheese before. So this year I combined easter ham with pimento cheese into bite sized sliders! Not the healthiest dish, but definitely delicious!

2. I made two gluten free dishes to accommodate some dietary restrictions. The first being vegetarian with spinach, swiss cheese and mushrooms. The second could easily be made with dairy-free heavy cream and included ham and asparagus.

3. For dessert, I made a gluten-free and dairy free carrot cake! This can easily be made with regular cream cheese frosting and without walnuts if you have a family member with a nut allergy!
