Have you ever heard of journal prompts? I did not have any idea of what’s this when I first stumbled it too but this is what got me into journaling.

You picked out the cutest and aesthetically pleasing journal but you have no idea what to write 🤕 but it’s okie, I’ve been there too. If you think journaling can be intimidating, let’s start with journal prompts because it’s a question, statement, or topic to give you a starting point.

These prompts have helped me into my journaling experience much more fun, unique and creative. Sometimes I wanna write but no idea what to write so these prompts made me dig up and discover things about myself that I didn’t even know.

It helped me to stay motivated to journal more because I get to choose any topic or statement based on my mood. It builds my consistency to start and explore more into my style of writing too.

Who says you can only do one prompt a day? These entries can be done more than once or twice since it can be long or short. If I feel like exploring topics, I can write it short. If I needed the statement to let me pour out my emotions, I can write it longer. That’s why it’s more fun :)

While everything else may be spiralling, journaling is something I can control. A place where I can be fully myself. No judgement.
