Baked Feta and Tomato Spaghetti

Easy? Yes. Quick? No lol. Delicious? YES!

I know I’m late to the party but this was my first time trying this dish! It was sooo good and made a lot more than I anticipated 🤣😅 recipe below:

Set oven to 400. Toss tomatoes in olive oil, salt and pepper. Place in oven safe dish along with a block of feta cheese. Drizzle olive oil and seasoning on top and bake for 45 min. While that’s baking, boil pasta and save water for later. Add arugula and pasta to baking dish and mix. Plate and enjoy! #feta tomato pasta #feta #healthylifestyle2024 #dinneridea
