Wellness Reset | 3 New Things I’m Doing For Myself

I've had a bit of a mental shift lately and wanted to start changing a few things that I feel will bring me a lot of peace. 🥹 I'm still doing my morning stretches and working out but a few of my routine self care routines have been neglected to say the least. 😅

Here's what's changing.

1. Skin Care

- I've struggled with my skin for a couple years now AND I just heard some things about the brand I was using so decided to reset completely with a new brand and see how it goes. It was well recommended but I've gotta see what the lemon8 girlies think. 👀 I know yall will be 1000% honest on here. lol As a gym girl this part of my routine really is crucial.

2. Hair Care

- THIS is one im most excited about!! I've wanted to embrace my natural hair again for a while now but couldn't find good quality, clean ingredient having, products. So I'm beyond excited to start this journey! I'll definitely keep yall updated with how it goes and how the curls hold up in the gym. 😅😂

3. Doing Nothing

- I'm quite literally ALWAYS on the move now and haven't been giving myself the time to do nothing like I used to so I'm prioritizing giving myself time whether it's 20mins or an hour to just do nothing. Literally rotting time. 😂 I did this today and it was SO nice to just turn everything off and just BE, you know? So, friendly reminder to give your brain a little time to just not think(or try to 🥹)
