Hey girly!!! With everything going on, it’s perfectly fine to feel anxious or be stressed but here’s a few things I do to de stress so to say. Typically on my days off I like to spend those days to recharge.

(1)Couple things I like to do to de stress is taking a bath/ to a self care night. I can’t stress this enough! Self care nights are a must. Run yourself a bath, do a hair mask, do a face mask and indulge in papering yourself.

(2)When I’ve had a bad day or feel overwhelmed. I like to take a walk and put a podcast on. I get to do 3 things move my body, get fresh air, and feed my mind. Whenever I do this it makes me feel calm and balanced. I don’t play music because it typically overstimulates me when I need to relax. It doesn’t matter 15 min,30 min,1 hour out of your day to calm your mind by going on a walk!

(3)Baking has the same effect. I get to try a new recipe and enjoy yummy desserts. It gives me the time to detach from my phone and social media. Baking also brings people together. Baking with friends or family helps build memories.

(4)Reading has been a new recent I started picking up again. It allows my mind to focus on one things that’s not too over stimulating like binge watching shows or movies. Reading also allows me to calm down. It also allows me to expand my knowledge.

(5)Lastly, watching YouTube videos of my favorite content creators. Especially Miss. Montayyy! This one doesn’t need explaining, we’re YouTube girlies over here!
