Snatch your inner thighs with this ten minute dancer legs workout!!
Best part? No equipment needed, so stand up and legs get to it hehe.
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds (30 seconds on R and L sides)

This workout is low impact and perfect for when you want to squeeze in a ten min quickie workout.
Exercise 1: inner thigh sweep
Make sure your chest stays open and lifted. Make sure your inner thigh is facing UP so really turn out the leg that is doing the sweeping.
Exercise 2: plié pulse in releve
Make sure your heel stays lifted nice and high. Make sure you are squeezing through those inner thighs as you pulse.
Exercise 3: bent knee squeeze
Take the feet to first position, lift your heels high and begin. This would be a great exercise to add a pillow or Pilates ball between your legs for an extra burn baby!
