My Running Outfit STAPLES 🏃🏼‍♀️

As a new(ish) runner in 2023, I went through a LOT of different running outfits & gear until I found what worked best for me. I'm here to share some of my favourite staple running items with you guys. Here are my staples:

-Ducco Running Glasses (got from Amazon)

-Lululemon Fast & Free Running Vest (great for storing keys, gels, & snacks)

-Gymshark Ruched sports bra

-Lululemon Fast & Free Shorts (have a liner & a pocket for keys)

-NewBalance 880 FreshFoam shoes (cushiony and not too thick of a sole)
