Pictures I Would Never Post On Instagram

Well this is terrifying.

I don’t know anyone on this app and that is truly freeing. I can post what I want without the fear of people I’ve known my whole life whispering about me. And it’s totally all in my head…no one cares enough about what I’m doing to make these comments. But posting a picture of me in a bathing suit where my tummy isn’t flat makes me so self conscious instead of looking at it like “wow I was so healthy and felt amazing!”.

I also have a fear of looking like I’m “trying to be an influencer” with posing and not smiling like I normally would.

I am blessed with great health, decent skin, and full hair and yet I still find things to pick on about myself. So here’s my effort to try and get beyond it 🫣 and no, I’m not looking for compliments here. I just hope someone sees this and understands they’re not alone when they feel this way. That is all ❤️
