teamLabs Planets is a digital art museum located in Koto. It is one of two teamLabs installations in Tokyo, the other being teamLab Borderless 🪐✨
Planets is more hands on and immersive, you are required to walk around barefoot. While Borderless is more visually immersive, with art moving across the walls and floors.
I have visited both. Borderless in 2019 and Planets in 2023. Borderless closed down in 2022 but opened back this year. Both were a unique experience and definitely worth checking out while in Japan! ✨🫶🏽
