How To Wear Contact Lenses👁(beginner friendly)🥰

I know how challenging it is to put on contact lenses, especially for beginners. I've also been there before it is hard for me to put on contact lenses because I have long nails and I don't have a contact lens applicator before. But here is some tutorial on how to put contact lenses properly

Before we proceed to put on contact lenses make sure that your hands are clean if you don’t have a contact lenses applicator.

📌First thing first you'll be needing a solution, this is important because you're going to make sure that the contact lenses have no dust or dirt. This solution helps to disinfect lenses, remove germs, bacteria, and so on.

📌The second is to grab the contact lenses using a tong in the contact lenses applicator if you don’t have a tong you can use your bare hands but make sure your hands are not dirty so that they cannot irritate your eyes.

📌The third is to put in your contact lenses applicator or index finger make sure it is in the middle so it's easy to put in your eyes

📌Fourth is to hold the lens still on your index finger or contact lenses applicator and use your other finger to gently hold your under eye and also the crease, with this it is much now space and more easy to apply the contacts since your eye is open and became larger

📌Fifth is to gently apply the contact lens on the eye and there you have it! And do the same ting on the other eye

Tips: always clean first your hand so that it cannot irritate your eye and make sure when you grab your contact lenses it has no many solution so it can apply it to your eyes easily. Lastly be gentle and have patience because practice make perfect!👁✨
