Here’s a ~what I eat in a day~ for ya 🩷 (inspo only!!)
I’ve been eating plant based for about three years now and over time I’ve found so many delicious and nourishing recipes that I never would’ve tried otherwise!
I personally feel stronger and more energized when I eat more fruits and veggies! 🥕 Ofc it’s different for everyone — you should try out new things to see what works best for you :) But here’s what I had on a perfect day:
• breakfast: vegan protein banana pancakes with fruit 🍌
• lunch: burrito bowl 🍅
• snack: banana muffins + berries 🫐
• dinner: tofu, rice and broccoli 🥦
As a note!!!! I do not eat like this every day!!!! Sometimes I’m lazy, and my meals are way less elaborate :p at the end of the day it’s all about balance and nourishing your body 💞
