Aktiviti Wajib Ada for Year 2 English Class 🤖

Especially teachers, come close. So, I'm not sure about other teachers but for me kan, every year, teaching Year 2 pupils, I akan wajib buat satu aktiviti project ni that will take up to 2 hours. So I'll do it in 2 lessons la, cause our one lesson is usually 1 hour.

It's Robot Making! And tell you what kids love it. This is the only time I can just walk around and monitor and maybe help to tampal-tampal and cantumkan ke but I don't need to tell them what to do.

So what I'll do is group them up, usually I'll group them campur abilities, as in ada yang pandai speaking (for presentation) and yang creative (untuk proses hasilkan robot). When you mix up these kids who have different abilities, you'll be amazed sometimes.

Then they will make the robot and I need to constantly ingatkan JANGAN BERSEPAH, KEMAS, KALAU TAK POTONG MARKAH! Padahal tak potong markah apa pun cause their classmates yang akan vote for the best robot.

Lepas dah siap, they present, telling about the body parts of the robot and apa special ability of the robot. Some groups will need guidance to cakap apa masa present, so kadang I will make like sentences for them to fill in the blanks and some I prompt with questions.

Lastly we vote and give them all small tokens. But if I rasa performance biasa-biasa I won't give all la. But this class I'm showing you are very excited and well behaved (setelah dimarah berkali-kali) so semua dapat hadiah. 😌

If there's any teacher here, what is that one wajib aktiviti to do every year you're teaching that particular tahun or tingkatan?
