Something I like to do is say mirror affirmations & recently started writing love letters to myself/inner child. I recommend that you try it & normalize speaking highly of yourself & kind & loving words to yourself as well.

The journey to self love is not always easy, especially when you are also healing your relationship with yourself, But it’s so worth it & possible ❤️‍🔥 I hope you continue to show up for yourself in all ways possible.
