Hi lovelies!! Lots of people have been asking for some healthy breakfast ideas to start your day or break your intermittent fast!! These are my go-to’s that keep me full and energized for hours! Super customizable depending on what I am feeling and I switch it up a little every day😊

First off (my favorite) is protein oats!!

I usually use 1-2 cups of oats w/ water and mix in my favorite protein powder & lots of cinnamon (which is great for appetite suppressing & digestion)!

As toppings go, have fun with it!

You can add…

- Almonds / seeds

- Apples

- Banana

- Berries

- Honey

- Almond butter or pb2

My second favorite AVOCADO TOAST WITH POACHED EGGS!!

This is such a satisfying meal & satisfies ALL of my cravings. It is definitely a higher calorie breakfast (around 500 cals), but it helps me refrain from overeating and snacking the rest of the day and energizes me so much. I normally have berries or an apple on the side too!

- I like to find toast that is low in calories & “high” in protein

- I use a full avocado (which I know is higher in calories) and will add white onion & seasoning to it

- top with 1 poached egg p/ slice!

- sometimes I will add siracha too!

Next up is Chia Seed Pudding!!

So. Damn. Delicious. Literally tastes like dessert! I have tried tons of different recipes and am happy to make a post regarding those, but my favorite classic is…

chia seed pudding with unsweet almond milk & a scoop or two of protein powder & cinnamon

top with…

- Oikos (my favorite protein yogurt)

- granola or raw oats or sliced almonds!

- strawberries & blueberries

- agave & more cinnamon 💗

Lastly, another super low calorie option that I love is an egg omelette with side of your choice!

I like adding spinach, tomatoes, onions & turkey sausage to my omelette! I top it with some salsa or siracha and like to cut up half an avacado on the side
