TIPS FOR GROWING OUT HAIR??

I need help with growing my hair out! i am constantly doing something to it because i get bored and as someone who works in the hair industry, i feel like im always having to do something with my hair. i just recently cut it into a pixie so get all the dead off and now im on my hair journey. my hair hasn’t been long since i was probably 13.
