How I became a Nanny!

I previously worked in daycare for 2 years before I started my search for a family! I scoured Indeed and any other job website you could think of looking for a nanny job. It took quite a bit of time, I think around 6 months of searching before I finally landed my current position.

I finally found my job through Nanny & Babysitting Facebook groups for my county. I made a poster telling more about myself on Canva, which drew in a lot of attention from seeking families. I would message any family who was looking for a nanny and tell them my rate and hours willing to work. I had one interview that fell through and finally my second interview with a different family I landed the job. I did have to wait about a month before starting as a lot of people hiring nannies are looking for them in advance. I currently work 7-4 M-F and I couldn’t be happier!
