Pads or Tampons or something else? 🩸✨

Do you prefer Pads or Tampons or something else?

I use pads and I honestly have no shame in it. I used to use tampons when I swam competitively but after awhile they were just SO uncomfortable??! It’s not like I don’t know how to use a tampon. I guess my body just changed and I don’t like it anymore!

I use the Always Flex Foam and I LOVE them!! I also love the Kotex Extra Heavy nighttime pads, the back is so big! It low key feels like a diaper sometimes but I’d rather have that than leaks 🩸🫣

There’s no shame in whatever you use!!
