How to Repair a Damaged Skin Barrier

🚨 Go back to the basics, cleanser, toner, moisturizer & oil is optional for that extra kick!

I ruined my skin barrier months ago from exfoliating too often, and combining too many serums incorrectly!

I’ve been using this combo for about a month and results are night and day!

Tips💡

Washing: Gel cleansers are best because they are gentle cleansers & foam up nicely, you can also use a gel cleanser twice without it drying out your skin.

Toner: The milky toner has my heart. It is so moisturizing, make sure your face is wet, not just damp for extra juicy results!

Oils: Sunday Riley can be used at day or night but I prefer to use it during the day because it is light. Warm oil in palms and press into face for best results!
