Moms, did you experiencing this before?

It appears that almost every breastfeeding mother and individual I converse with has experienced mastitis, sometimes even multiple times. The thought of contracting it makes me extremely anxious as a future mom in 16 weeks, especially considering the challenges I will facing in my breastfeeding journey after I deliver my baby.

I am curious to know if there are any successful prevention methods out there. I have researched various ideas online, but I am interested in hearing real-life success stories. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you moms
