Ingredients:

Cookie Base:

•1/2 a Cup of Butter(Softened)

•3/4 Cup of Granulated Sugar

• 1 Large Room Temperature Egg

•2 Tablespoons Concentrated Apple Juice

•1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

•2 Cups of All Purpose Flour

•1 ¼ teaspoons of cinnamon

•3/4 Teaspoon of Baking Soda

•1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder

•1/4 Teaspoon of Salt

Cream Cheese Frosting:

•5 oz Cream cheese Softened

•4 Tablespoons Butter Softened

•3 Tablespoons of Caramel Sauce

•1 Teaspoon Almond Extract

• ¾ Cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions:

Cookies:

Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy. Add in the egg, concentrated apple juice, and vanilla extract, and mix to combine.

Gently mix in the flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, salt,baking soda, and baking powder until the flour mixture disappears

Using a large cookie scooper (¼ cup or 4 tbsp) scoop out 9 equally sized cookie dough balls, place them on the baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes. Let the cookies cool down.

Icing:

1.Cream the cream cheese, and butter, together until smooth and creamy. Add in the powdered sugar, and caramel, and whip until light and fluffy.

2. Frost the cooled-down cookies with the cream cheese frosting, top with cubed green apples, and a drizzle of caramel. Enjoy!
