Shoulder surgery Recovery

Hey!

As I’ve mentioned, I’m still in recovery from my surgery. I just reached my 3 month mark! I’m almost at full range of motion, still can’t back squat or shoulder press though. But it’s ok! I’ll get back up there. I’m finally seeing muscular growth in my biceps, lats, delts and triceps again. I can’t lat spread like I used to, but that’s okay. I’m still trying to engage the lats without causing pain, and due to the posterior range of motion issues, I’m struggling still.

But hey! That’s progress! Everyone is on their own journey.
