Short Books of the Bible

As someone who grew up a weak reader 📖, and to this day is a slow reader📚, I think sometimes reading the Bible can be daunting😅. It’s a thick book with thin pages🧐. But not every book of the Bible is a lengthy undertaking🤓.

When I was a kid, every book you read earned you a point for the libary prize bin or the classroom pizza party🍕. To this day, I still feel that immense satisfaction having completed a book🤩.

If you are a first time reader🥰, have read the scriptures multiple times🧠, or somewhere in between😁, here is the first part of a list of books of the Bible that can be read in one sitting.

Starting off with the shortest of the New Testament:

​❤️2nd Thessalonians— 3 pages 3 chapters

❤️Titus— 2 pages 3 chapters

❤️Philemon— 1 page 1 chapter

❤️2nd Peter— 3 pages 3 chapters

❤️2nd John— 1 page 1 chapter

❤️3rd John— 1 page 1 chapter

❤️Jude— 2 pages 1 chapter

Remember there’s no rush to reading scripture. You can always pause to pray 🙏🏼 , think💭, meditate 🧘🏼‍♀️, journal 📓, read about the history 📜, or look for guidance👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏻.

The ones in this post, in my copy here are all 1 to 3 pages, but that might vary based on your copy.
