Lasagne Soup Recipe

Ya’ll my fiance had 3 bowls of this for dinner 😂 Definitely going to start making it more often!

Ingredients- 2 pound ground beef (or 1 pound ground beef 1 pound Italian sausage), 1 yellow onion, 1 tbs olive oil, 2 tsp minced garlic, 2bs tomato paste, 24 oz jar of marinara sauce (or spaghetti), 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, 2 tsp parsley, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1 tsp basil, 7 cups chicken broth, 9 lasagna noodles cut into 4ths, 2 cups spinach (optional), whatever cheese you want to top it with
