my guide to how i study as a junior in college. i also make quizlets and physical flashcards.

- rewriting your notes helps your brain retain the information for longer amounts of time and it’s easier to memorize more material at once

- active recall tests your current knowledge without looking at your notes, if you miss something or make a mistake on the info, go back and review that topic

- make sure you eat snacks while studying, if you’re hungry while you’re studying, you’re going to focus on your stomach rumbling and not learning the material
