Flowers for My Anxious Girlies🫶🏼

Being somebody who struggles with anxiety and depression, I’ve been looking into different ways to ease my mind. After discussing different options with my therapist, she suggested that I try exploring different flower shops and garden centers as a way to distance myself from the negative thoughts in my head and disconnect from social media.

I have realized how much happiness this has truly been giving me. I have been making the effort to go at least once a week and also treat myself to fresh flowers as a way to practice self care.

For anybody struggling, I highly suggest taking some time to do something special for yourself, even if it’s as simple as walking around a flower shop! Grab a coffee and buy yourself the flowers because you deserve them!🩷
