Here’s 3 things I love about working as a barista

I recently got a job as a barista and, so far, I love it. It can be a lot of hard work at times, however, it is also so much fun. There are so many reasons why I love working at a cafe (free coffee lol), here a re just a few:

1. Flexible Hours - Many coffee shops offer flexible shifts, which can be ideal for students or those looking to work part-time. I am very grateful that I work at my college campus cafe, which allows me to schedule my working hours around my school hours!

2. Creative Expression - Crafting coffee drinks and creating latte art can be a fun and creative outlet. You can experiment with different brewing methods and drink recipes. It's seriously so much fun!

3. Team Environment - Probably my favorite thing about working as a barista is being part of a close-knit team, which fosters a supportive and collaborative work environment. I love my team and co-workers!
