Wellness doesn’t have to be expensive! There are so many amazing wellness practices that can be so beneficial for you well-being but cost absolutely nothing, or very little. Here are a few of my favorites:
1. go to a coffee shop to read (buying a coffee is optional) — I don’t know about you, but there is something so therapeutic about going to a coffee shop with a book and just reading. spending time with yourself is such a great wellness practice.
2. go for a walk — probably my favorite wellness practice! going for a walk costs nothing, gets your body moving, and is an amazing way to clear your head.
3. get 8+hrs of sleep — sleep is essential for your body to be able to recover. develop a good night routine and get enough sleep in!!
4. journal — all you need is some paper and a pen. journaling is so good for you mental health.
5. sit in a park — there are so many amazing benefits to getting outdoors, but sometimes I don’t really feel like walking. go sit in a park, soak up some sunshine of the weather is nice, maybe take a book, or just watch the people go by.
