thrift finds i cant style?

one of the main reasons i love thrifting so much is because it helps me expand my style, try new things, and buy something that i typically wouldn’t reach for at a normal store. its really helped me find my personal style and come out of my comfort zone with clothing which we loooove!

that being said, sometimes i thrift something and I’m like yes ok this is so cute I’m going to look so cool in it… but then i cannot figure out how to style in in a way that feels like ~me~

i’ve had that struggle with all of these pieces and i feel guilty because i think that they are SUCH good finds, but i still haven’t worn them yet.

this vest is soo cute i had the exact one pinned on my pinterest thrift inspo for forever. I’ve had the vest for a year and worn in once. and the one time i did was like ??? i don’t like this outfit. i’m stuck like should i just sell it?

i’ve always wanted to be one of those cute queer girls who wears jerseys, but every time i go to style one, i feel like i’m cosplaying a cool gay girl. i think i need to find a way to make it feel feminine AND masculine, but i haven’t found one yet.

i looove the sheer dress trend. like so much. but not for myself. every time i see one on someone else I’m like omg that is so so so cute. and then i put one on and I’m like ew this is not for me. does anyone else feel that way?
