5 Things NOT to Say to a Bride

Hot take- brides can't win. No matter what they are disappointing or pissing of someone. The wedding is either too big or too small, to formal or too casual, ruining someone's weekend or ruining someone's work week. So if you know someone who's getting married, here's 5 things NOT to say to them.

1. "I wish the wedding was somewhere else" - what a pointless thing to say, it is where it is.

2. "When I got married I did XYZ" (unless she explicitly asked how you did it)

3. "I wish you would have invited..." - she didn't and might already feel bad that she didn't. OR she doesn't want them there, so drop it.

4. "Do you think your ex knows about the wedding?" - anything about exes has no place in wedding talk

5. "How much did the wedding cost?" - unless she has made a point of telling you how she's done it on a budget, she doesn't want to have to tell ANYONE what the wedding cost.
