**Right now. Sometimes I go to the gym, now is not that time.

#1 Efficiency

Right now I'm busy AF. I found I was skipping workouts because I didn't have enough time to get to the gym. Working at home is just way more efficient. On top of no commute, there's no setup time or wait time for equipment. I'm mainly using kettlebells right now and I have to run around the gym finding them.

#2 Ego

I'm recovering from a flare up with my back pain. I know if I go to the gym my ego is going to get the best of me and I'll lift heavier than I want to. I told myself no barbells til I'm out of pain and it's hard to stick to that when I'm looking at an open lifting platform. Its so much easier to check my ego when I'm in the privacy of my own home.

#3 Privacy

That brings me to my 3rd point, which is privacy. This isn't exclusive to right now, I love privacy all the time. But between my back problems making me go ligther than people "think I should be able to lift" and the fact that I can do things that a lot of other people don't do, I tend to get a lot of nosy questions. I hate talking to people at the gym, being at home is so much better for privacy.
