why i’m moving from these apps…

don’t get me wrong, i love scrolling on tiktok and instagram as much as the next person. BUT i’ve noticed that when i’m using instagram and tiktok i tend to doom scroll and end up getting really depressed. so i decided that instead of always using those apps when i’m bored, i’m gonna use apps like finch and lemon8. both have such supportive communities and help me stay motivated, inspired, and productive! i still use instagram and tiktok sometimes, but i encourage yall to try to find better substitutes!
